Join the Seattle Times for '2017 Pictures of the Year' At The Seattle Public Library Jan. 11
Photo editors and photojournalists from The Seattle Times will present photographs that made headlines in 2017 from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 11 at The Seattle Public Library, Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636.
The program is free and open to the public. Tickets and registration are not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $6 after 5 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m.
Take a close look at events from the past year that helped shape the Pacific Northwest region. Award-winning staff from The Seattle Times will present a slideshow of photographs from 2017 and discuss the story behind each image. Audience members can enter a free drawing to win a keepsake 2017 print from The Seattle Times.
The event is supported by The Seattle Public Library Foundation and presented in partnership with The Seattle Times.
