The Seattle Public Library will present an extravaganza of traditional Chinese songs, dances, instruments and opera from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, June 24 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-684-0849 .

Library programs are free and everyone is welcome. Tickets and registration are not required. Parking is available in the Central Library garage for $7.

The cultural showcase will include Beijing opera, a waist drum performance, folk dances, solo and choir singing and more.

This event is presented in partnership with the Seattle Chinese Arts Group.
