Services available today include book returns from noon to 6 p.m. at the following locations that have air conditioning: Central LibraryBallard BranchBeacon Hill BranchBroadview BranchDouglass-Truth BranchHigh Point BranchLake City Branch and Rainier Beach Branch. Restroom access is available from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. today at the Central LibraryBallard BranchBeacon Hill Branch and Capitol Hill Branch, which have air conditioning.

Patrons with Curbside appointments today will be contacted by the Library about rescheduled pickup dates and can find more information on the Library’s website.

Patrons should check the Library website: www.spl.org before visiting any location, since air quality issues can change suddenly. The Library closes outdoor services when the air quality index reaches a sustained unhealthy level of 150 and above.
