"Over the Moon, Under the Bridge": Discuss How to Build a Stronger Music Community at The Seattle Public Library May 12

Join us for a community conversation surrounding the intersection of poverty, mental illness and addiction in the local music industry from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday, May 12 at the Central Library, 1000 Fourth Ave., Level 1, Microsoft Auditorium, 206-386-4636
Enjoy a public jam session and hear from a panel of musicians and industry experts on how to build a stronger music community. This guided conversation will talk about the struggles many musicians face such as mental illness, addiction, and poverty, as well as how to strengthen our music community to better support its members and these issues.
Library events are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. Parking is available for $8.
