Give Big and Support The Seattle Public Library May 10

Wednesday, May 10 is a great day to support The Seattle Public Library by making a donation during the GiveBIG giving challenge.
GiveBIG is a community-wide giving challenge to raise millions of dollars for local nonprofit organizations. The challenge was created to inspire generous giving to nonprofits that make the Seattle area a healthier and more vital place to live.
The Seattle Public Library Foundation urges the community to support the Library's collection. Each year, donations to The Seattle Public Library Foundation funds about one out of every six books on library shelves.
Donations can be made by credit card online now through midnight on May 10 via the Seattle Foundation website.
All gifts will be doubled up to $50,000 through a generous challenge match this year. Also, give $100 or more through GiveBIG and you'll be invited to a special backstage tour of the Central Library.
