Fremont, Green Lake & Northeast Branches, Along With Mobile Services, Closed Early Due to High Heat Aug. 8

The Seattle Public Library's Fremont, Green Lake and Northeast branches, along with mobile services, have closed due to high internal temperatures. To find nearby open branches with air conditioning, visit www.spl.org/hours.
During hot weather, some Library locations without air conditioning may temporarily close if internal temperatures get too high. This includes the Fremont, Green Lake, Northeast, Queen Anne, Southwest, University and West Seattle branches.
Locations closed due to heat will remain closed for the rest of the day, and will reopen tomorrow.
