The 27th Annual Artist Showcase at the Southwest Branch of The Seattle Public Library will be on display through the month of October during open hours at the Southwest Branch, 9010 35th Ave. S.W., 206-684-7455. In conjunction with the exhibit, the Library will also be offering hands-on art workshop series for all ages: See Art/Make Art and See Art/e-Art.

The Library gives everyone the opportunity to learn and excel. With the annual Artist Showcase, we level the playing field for local artists to display their work. We build community by hosting art workshops with local teaching artists, and enrich lives by showing everyone how they can create physical and digital art.

Library events and programs are free and everyone is welcome. Registration is not required. All events will take place at the Southwest Branch.
