Biography in Context - Get in-depth biographical information about the world’s most influential people from all time periods.
Britannica Library: Children: Offers thousands of articles, images, videos and more to help students from kindergarten through high school learn about the world.
Opposing Viewpoints in Context - Perfect for debate prep or anyone interested in seeing both sides of social issues, this database offers insight and research into today’s hottest topics in science, social studies, current events and language arts.

Girls Who Code - Code at Home - Free computer science activities released weekly on Mondays. Each activity features a woman in tech who pioneered innovative technology.
Hour of Code - Themed coding tutorials for beginners and coders. Available in over 45 languages.

Virtual Tutoring - K – 12 students in Seattle can get free virtual tutoring from Tutor.com with a Library card or Library Link number.

It Gets Better EduGuides - The It Gets Better Project uplifts, empowers, and connects lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer youth around the globe. Check out EduGuides that include videos, films, books, essays written by LGBTQ youth and more.

Brainpop - Engaging learning games, animated movies, and activities. Designed with relevance, depth and humor to engage kids on their unique learning paths. Available in Spanish, French and English Language Learners.

Think Indigenous: Online Indigenous Education K-8 - In light of the current situation regarding school closures, educators across Turtle Island have come together to provide online learning opportunities for students K-8.
