Our Outreach Program Manager discusses how we support people experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity.

SPL HotSpot

Hotspots can be reserved online by any borrower, but the Library sets aside hotspots specifically for homeless communities to use and share. We periodically visit encampments and shelters to distribute hotspots.
